For Friendship VDL is a typical son of the double Olympian ‘For Pleasure’, oozing light-footedness, athletic ability, good reflexes and a great attitude. His grandsire ‘Stakkato Gold’ has produced many international Grand Prix-level jumpers. For Friendship granddam ‘Zaphira’ is a daughter of the famous ‘Zeus’ and competed up to 1.50m-level. For Friendship received his approval for Hannover and was awarded Premium stallion; in Holstein he was named the performance champion.
